"Myself and my wife had a very good experience with Bryan Mere. We utilized Mr. Mere to sell our home and buy a new home. Finding a good Realtor is a challenge these days. Some people just go with the first Realtor that they can find, and others would choose based on appearance. Myself and my Wife criteria in finding a Realtor was professionalism, someone who is knowledgeable, knows the Real Estate Market, and would answer their phone 9 times out of 10. We were looking for a unique person who would help us every step of the way. Initially we called several agents from different companies. Most agents who we contacted did no answer their phones and instead it went to voicemail. In addition, the few that we spoke to did not appear to be genuinely dedicated or knowledgeable. However, after extensive search we were able contact Premier Real Estate and a secretary picked up the phone. After giving our criteria she promised that a Realtor would contact us. Mr. Mere did contact us within several minutes and when we spoke with him on the phone he appeared to be genuine and knowledgeable about the market so we decided to give him a chance and invited him to come to our home. Our first meeting was in our home with Mr. Mere. He came on time and showed us a very professional presentation which was detained about the process of selling our house and he had useful information about the real estate market around our property. We did list our home with him and we were able to sell our home in less than a month. To me first impression is everything. Mr. Mere scored high points on the following points: He was always on time, answered his phones almost immediate or within an hour, was available on the weekends, dressed professional, acted with respect, and did not push us to do anything we did not want to do. Upon selling our home Mr. Mere took us to many different properties to help us purchase our next home. Mr. Mere was patient, caring, and attention to detail and we were able to find a home and close escrow."
